Our Company
Spencer Home Inspection Services has been serving Everett, Lynnwood Seattle and the Puget Sound area since 1995. Inspection Includes
Spencer Home Inspection Services provides a complete visual inspection of your prospective home from top to bottom, inside and out. Items inspected include the structure, roof, foundation, exterior, interior, plumbing, electrical and mechanical operating systems.
ASHI Certified Inspector
All of our inspections are performed to the Standards of Practice established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Inspection Report
The findings of your professional inspection will be noted in your report, which will be delivered to you at the conclusion of the inspection. The Spencer Home Inspection report features a photo cover page, detailed report of findings, color photos of defects, inspection summary page and maintenance advice.
