Spencer Home Inspection computer generated reports are easy to read and understand with well-organized descriptions and photos of major defects. We’ll let you know which defects need immediate attention and which items need monitoring for improvement down the road. Reports will be emailed to you within 24 hours unless otherwise noted.

Each report includes: a cover pager, table of contents, separate section for each major component, and most important; a numbered summary page(s). The numbered summary page(s) makes it easy for you to communicate with all members involved in the real estate transaction including the: home buyer, home seller, realtor, lender, and any contractors involved in needed repairs.

Following are the fourteen major components inspected and reported on during the course of our standard house inspection. These items are examined for material defects that would significantly affect the value, desirability, or safety of the home:

  3. Roof
  4. Electrical
  5. Structure
  6. Attic
  7. Crawl Space
  8. Heating System
  9. Plumbing
  10. Bathroom
  11. Kitchen
  12. Bedroom
  13. Living Space
  14. Laundry Room/Area
