Inspection Scheduling

We recommend scheduling your home inspection at 9:00am, depending on the location of the home to be inspected. This allows about 3-4 hours for the home inspection, gives the client an opportunity to meet with the inspector at the house around noon, and then allows about 3-4 hours for the home inspector to work on the home inspection report. We do of course have some flexibility on inspection times and will do our best to accommodate the schedules of all parties involved in the real estate transaction.
