What We Do

Our standard home inspection provides a professional, independent, and unbiased visual inspection of the fourteen major components of the house. This kind of thorough home inspection usually takes about three to four hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. Don’t worry if you don’t have that much time available to spend at the inspection. You are welcome to just join us for the last hour or so of the inspection for a thorough walkthrough of any significant issues.

Following the home inspection we’ll spend another three to four hours writing a professional, detailed, and easy to read report embedded with photos documenting our findings of any issues with the house. Your home inspection report will be delivered to you via E-mail within twenty-four hours of the completion of the home inspection.

Below is a list of the fourteen major components inspected and reported on during the course of our standard house inspection. These items are examined for material defects that would significantly affect the value, desirability, or safety of the home:

  1. Lots and grounds
  2. Exterior surface and components
  3. Roof
  4. Electrical
  5. Structure
  6. Attic
  7. Crawl Space
  8. Heating System
  9. Plumbing
  10. Bathroom
  11. Kitchen
  12. Bedroom
  13. Living Space
  14. Laundry Room/Area
