You will receive a professional, independent, unbiased review of your home or property using proven inspection tools and techniques. We will address issues important to the safety and comfort of your home from the foundation to the roof and all the important systems in between.
Many home buyers try to attend the entire inspection, but others prefer to pop in towards the end of their inspection so they don’t have to take as much time off work. Either way we will be happy to discuss our findings with you and point out major issues to you while on site.
Within 24 hours of the conclusion of the home inspection (unless otherwise noted) we’ll email you a computer generated detailed report with descriptions and photos documenting our findings so you’ll have a complete picture of the homes condition.
We are happy to provide a free follow-up telephone consultation to answer any questions you may have after the inspection or after receiving your home inspection report.
Most home inspections take about three to four hours on site but varies of course by the size, age, and condition of the house. A townhome inspection will usually take about two to three hours, while a condominium will normally take about two hours.
Our inspections are performed in accordance with Washington State Home Inspection Licensing laws and also meets and exceeds the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
